At the change over board meeting a motion was approved too make casual attire optional for the months of June, July and August. Now you don’t have an excuse that it is just to HOT to dress up for the dance. |

| DUES ARE DUE | |||||||||||
|
As most everyone knows dues are payable in July and January. If you can’t make it to the dance to pay Bob Dowd you can mail your dues to Blue Bell Square Dance Club, % Belton Bridge Center, 1214 East Madrid Rd., Las Cruces, NM 88001. You may also pay your dues for the full year if you wish. |

The Ice Cream Social will be held on August 13th. Check with Tom & Jackie Pickering (our honorary Chair Couple) to see what flavors and other goodie people are bringing. CASUAL ATTIRE! |

| MAINSTREAM LESSONS | |||||||||||

The Blue Bell Callers would like to start a basic/mainstream class on Tuesday Oct. 9th. If you have anyone that might be interested forward their names and phone number to one of the callers. |

| POT LUCK DINNER DANCE | |||||||||||
|
There will be a Pot Luck Dinner on September 10th dance. Please bring one of your favorite dishes to share. |

| BLUE BELL 55TH ANNIVERSARY | |||||||||||
|
Blue Bell Square Dance Club will be 55 years old in January 2006. We are planning a special dance to celebrate. Please keep January 28th open for this special dance. |

| FLOOR PARTY | |||||||||||

We are planning to refinish the floor at the Bridge Center in November. We need volunteers to help. Most of the help is needed to move tables/chairs and clean the floor before we start. If you will be able to help please contact Bob Richie at 526-6301. |

If you notice that some of your friends have not been to the dances lately, please give them a call and check on them. If you haven’t been to a dance lately try and make the next dance August 13th (Ice Cream Social). We miss all of our dancers and we need all of you for the continued success of our club. |
